Royal China Completes Eight Years In Delhi

In this blog post, I cover Royal China Delhi, one of the most popular fine-dining Chinese restaurants in the capital.

After delighting customers worldwide for years, Royal China continues to woo its customers in India by offering the best of authentic Cantonese cuisine since 2010.

Did you know that your favorite Royal China restaurant recently completed eight magnificent years in Delhi? To celebrate this momentous occasion, the restaurant has added new specialty dishes to its already delectable, fine-dining menu from June 20.

The new menu includes Truffle Tenderloin, Mushroom Pot Rice, Singapore Prawns, and a whole new range of seafood dim sum such as Prawn and Pepper, Crab Dumpling, Scallop Sui Mai, etc.

That's not all!

Royal China Delhi has also introduced a Summer Health Menu, Business Bento Box, Unlimited Dimsum Menu, Children's Menu, and Kitty Party Menu for Ladies.

Located on the 16th floor of the Nehru Place Eros Corporate Towers in Delhi, Royal China offers both traditional and contemporary elements of the classic Cantonese cuisine in a familiar yet exquisite ambiance and decor.

To keep things authentic, fresh ingredients are used, directly sourced from China. In fact, up until a few years ago, even the Head Chef (Choong Chew Loon) was a Chinese!

For the uninitiated, Royal China Delhi is the brainchild of young restaurateurs, Aashita Relan, Neville Phiroze Vazifdar, and Ishann Dhawan, who have listed the restaurant under the aegis of ANI Hospitality LLP.

Aashita, Director at Royal China, has graduated from the University of Warwick in the UK; she did her postgraduation from the Les Roches International School of Hotel Management in Switzerland.

The kitchen at Royal China Delhi is in the capable hands of Head Chef Puran Salami, who has worked for reputed brands like Yauatcha, Tivoli Grand, Indus Flavour, and The Platinum Hotel Muscat. He is ably assisted by Dimsum Chef Deepraj.

My Top F&B Recommendations at Royal China Delhi

My top favorites at Royal China Delhi are the Crispy Aromatic Duck with Pancakes, Prawn Chung Fun, Seaweed, and Black Bean Chicken, to name a few.

And while you're at it, do try the amazing desserts like the Chilled Mango Pudding, Chocolate Buns, Apple/Banana in Toffee Syrup, and Deep-fried Crispy Buns with Cream Custard Filling.

The modern bar at Royal China Delhi features flavored martinis to special cocktails. Also expect an array of international beers, plus single and double malt whiskeys.

The restaurant is open every day from 12 noon to 4 P.M. and later from 7 P.M. to 11.45 P.M. and allows both reservations and walk-ins.

While the destination restaurant strives to serve authentic Chinese food, they do so by being unique, keeping in mind the constantly evolving and emerging trends and tastes of people from around the world.

Go, visit the Royal China Delhi today, to enjoy the most delicious Cantonese fare, not to forget the rustic ageless charm that would make you not want to leave.
