Born from the kitchens of Sly Granny, Hotel Delmaar is the brainchild of famous restaurateurs Kabir Suri and Rahul Khanna, who over the years have given us ample reasons to dine out and celebrate culinary excellence, with dining favorites like Mamagoto, Dhaba, Foxtrot, and many more.

Delmaar's all-day menu comprises predominantly of tapas plates and entrees, large plates, desserts, an extensive wine list, not to forget the Sangrias and the Craft Beers.

Taking inspiration from boutique restaurants around the world, the food is an amalgamation of Southern Spanish and French, with hints of Greek, Middle-Eastern, and North African cuisines.

My top recommendations at Hotel Delmaar are:
