To safeguard his legacy in the afterlife, he entrusted his grave to a loyal army of Terracotta warriors, who had faithfully protected him in life. Remarkably, these Terracotta soldiers exhibited a distinct personality, even in their culinary preferences. Their sustenance bore the hallmark of passion, earthy flavors, and a delightful medley of locally sourced, fresh ingredients from their homeland. Just as these valiant warriors shielded their king, they guarded their cherished recipes with equal devotion.

Within a mere month of its inauguration, the restaurant quickly earned the reputation as 'the destination' for exceptional Chinese cuisine, top-notch service, and a charming ambiance. Consequently, the brand expanded, with the second restaurant opening its doors in Worli in 2013, followed by Dadar and Chembur – Mumbai and Hyderabad restaurants in 2014, 2015, and 2016, respectively.

China Bistro takes pride in offering a refined culinary experience that won't break the bank, set in a picturesque setting designed to transport you to an Oriental bistro. In addition to their extensive Chinese menu, the expert Master Chefs have also crafted culinary delights from the kitchens of Korea, Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, and Hong Kong. The brainchild of Sanjay Vazirani, China Bistro is a haven for lovers of Asian cuisine, offering an array of delectable dishes and an inviting ambiance. Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at this newly opened restaurant, and here's a glimpse into my delightful culinary experience.

Upon entering China Bistro, I was immediately struck by its modern yet cozy ambiance. With seating for 30 guests, the restaurant strikes the perfect balance between an intimate setting and the buzz of a quick-service eatery. The stylish décor, perfect lighting, and a touch of oriental aesthetics set the stage for a memorable dining experience.

The Culinary Journey

Now, let's dive into the culinary adventure I embarked upon at China Bistro.

1. Korean Chicken Bao

My journey began with the Korean Chicken Bao. These steamed buns, filled with succulent and well-seasoned chicken, were a perfect start to the meal. The combination of tender meat and spicy Korean flavors left my taste buds craving for more.
